Baking Skillz
I decided to bake some cupcakes tonight to get in the baking mode!
I got a new cupcake pan and some cute liners at Sur La Table this weekend
I make my own chocolate icing (did you think I would decide to make anything BESIDES chocolate? No-I don’t think so!)
2 bags of Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 stick of butter
(melt butter and chocolate chips together)
1/2 bag of powdered sugar
a little bit of milk
a tbs. of sour cream to make it smooth
beat until smooth….

So I layed it on top of the icees. This was a MISTAKE!!!! It came out rock hard and I had to warm it up again just to make it work!
