I am so excited because in a few weeks we are going to Big Cedar Lodge near Branson for a couples weekend with our good friends Kristin & Nate. It will be so nice to getaway and relax for a few days! Have any of you ever been there? I haven’t, but I have heard nothing but good things about it.

Terence and I spent the day shopping around at the after Christmas sales. We both found a pair of jeans at Nordstrom on SERIOUS sale so we had to get them! He got some AG jeans, and I got another pair of Joe’s Jeans (they are the only ones that fit my booty!) We both need to lose some weight so we are going to start trying to make conscious decisions about our diet….even though today when T ordered a NON-FAT latte instead of a regular one he just about hurled…hmmm…..that may take some work.


Also-the other day I had a $50 off coupon so I used it to buy the Brighton watch I’d been wanting for a GREAT price as well! I love it!

I got this cute glass jar today at Williams Sonoma for $11!!! I love it too and I have no idea what I will put in this, but I’ve seen the jars on other people’s decorating blogs and I just LOVE them.

They also sell Dylan’s Candy Bar chocolate at Williams Sonoma now and I’ve been wanting to try it being the chocolate phene I am..ha..ha..It was good! But not worth $3.95 a bar 🙁 At least I have tried it now and gotten that out of my system.

I can’t believe 2008 is officially over! It’s been quite a year for us full of changes and adjustments. I am really looking forward to 2009 and what the Lord has in store for us. We just got home from a wonderful night out with friends at a fancy restaurant at which we waited over two hours for a table 🙁 It was worth it and we had a great time!!!
