Terence has an interview tomorrow for grad school….everyone keep your fingers crossed!

Also, I’m going to see a specialist in April (the soonest they could get me it! Blahh…doctors!) about some of the problems I’ve been having lately (prayers are greatly appreciated) hopefully everything will go okay!

Easter celebration

This morning we had an Easter celebration for women at Redeemer. It was a lot of fun! We sang, ate food, fellowshipped, and got to learn about a bunch of activities we can do to celebrate Easter and Christ! Sherry, Rebecca, and I all did a cookie demonstration (ala FoodNetwork) ha..ha..ha..we had a lot of fun. Hopefully we will have more opportunities to do things like this at Christmas and other holidays.

Now I’ve gotta get ready because we are meeting some friends at the Cheesecake Factory (MY FAVE!!!) I’m salivating just thinking of the goodness ahead! he..he..he…

It’s a Sprinkles kinda day!

I had to go to Dallas today for a meeting for work. We got out early around 2:00 so I asked the other girls if they wanted to go to Sprinkles because I’ve never tried it and always wanted to. They agreed….and it was sooooo good!
I got dark and milk chocolate cupcakes ( I liked the dark better)

Tonight when I got home I made the homemade version of Sprinkles cupcakes in red velvet with cream cheese icing for Terence’s family! I made the icing myself too!
So GOOD! (Don’t you just love the cute cupcake tower???)
