Tonight we had family Christmas with Terence’s family. I am too tired to post much tonight, but I’ll leave you with a few pics and post the rest tomorrow! (sorry I look so raggedy, but it’s been a LOOONG DAY!)
Stockings all hung in a row!
The beautiful Christmas tree
My favorite gift and it may really help my marriage too..ha..ha..a sleep mask! I really wanted one of these because Terence likes to sit in bed and watch tv and I can’t sleep with the lights on!
It was a GREAT night with family….more to come tomorrow!
Terence and I went and looked at some townhouses for sale tonight. This was mostly just for fun, but we also wanted to look at them and get some ideas because hopefully in the NEAR future we will be purchasing a home….I would love for that to be in AR, but I will be thankful for wherever the Lord provides.
I just got off the phone with my Mom and every time I talk to her or my Dad my heart just aches because I miss them so much! Anyone know of any MBA/business management jobs in AR??? ha..ha..ha..

New Bed!
We bought a new bed tonight while shopping in Dallas. Terence and I have been saving for things we are going to need to furnish our house next year. We both really liked this bed and have been eying it for awhile. It was on sale and we are so excited about our new beautiful bed!
Shopping in a winter wonderland!
Well…it’s official! Our Christmas shopping is DONE! We have shopped until we dropped! Yesterday Terence and I went shopping and then ate dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. We sat out on the patio area and it was a little too cold to eat outside last night! They did have heaters and everything and it also gave me an excuse to try their hot chocolate because I was so coooold!
Here’s the view shopping…isn’t it pretty?

Tonight we went to Dallas and the Galleria had the most beautiful Christmas trees. One was in the ice rink and they had little girls ice skating all around it. It was precious! I just love this time of year!
Beautiful lit up trees
This is a cute display at a house down the street and I had to take a picture for my Mom because she just loves penguins and these are adorable.
I got these fabulous blinky antlers at one of my favorite stores Restoration Hardware. They have the cutest little stocking stuffers and we love their furniture and just about everything else they have in the store!
Shannon, one of my sweet friends I’ve known since high school tagged me the other day and I am just now getting around to completing the TAG!
Now, for the rules:
1.Link to the person that tagged you.
2.Post the rules on your blog.
3. Share six non-important things/habits/quirks about yourself.
4. Tag six random people at the end of your post by linking to their blogs.
5. Let each random person know they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their website.
6 Random Things About Me:
-
I love anything sparkly and glittery. The more BLING the better!
- I secretly want to move somewhere cold so I can wear sweaters and jackets all year round. I don’t like hot weather at all. I hate to sweat!
- Death seriously scares me, not because I don’t know that I am a christian, but the thought of pain and sorrow. I don’t know what I would do if anything ever happened to Terence…I think I would curl up in the fetal position and die too.
-
I have bad anxiety I worry about EVERYTHING! I need to learn to let go…
-
I don’t eat red meat.
-
I want to move to New York and work in the Godiva chocolate factory, only because if you work there you get to sample every piece of chocolate they make so you’ll know the product! ha!
Buffalo burn out!
I just got back from my night of being a buffalo! It was not too bad besides the stifling hot costume and the tunnel vision. Besides that it was okay….I’m just glad to be home now so I can go take a shower! ha! I am thankful that the Lord always provides for us in little ways so we can make extra money….especially during the much needed holiday season!
The pictures aren’t that great. They were taken with a polaroid camera, but you get the idea.
