I know the title to this post is cheesy, but I couldn’t resist! I’ve written before about my love of owls. They are so cute 🙂 My sweet twin friend made me the cutest necklace with the owl from my blog! She and her twin sister make these beautiful sparkle pendant necklaces. I got mine in the mail today and I was so excited and it’s just beautiful…Thank you! Check her out at GLITTER & BLISS
I also stocked up on some owl wrapping paper that I fell in love with this past Christmas. I got it on clearance and I am so excited to have found it.
There are so many cute owl items on ETSY as well and I browse this site just about every day and never tire of looking at it. One of the things I found online (not from Etsy) that I LOVE is this owl key topper. Isn’t it cute???
Well-now you all know of my little collection obsession! I’ve been so out of the blogger loop and my DVR is backed up to the core…it’s amazing what being gone for a few days can do! A lot has been going on around here lately and there are going to be a lot of changes this next year…we will see how it goes!!!

Big Cedar weekend
We had a GREAT time in Big Cedar this past weekend! I am so behind on reading everyone’s blogs because I’ve been gone for four days. It was a fabulous and much needed getaway and it was so pretty up there with all the snow. I recommend it to anyone for a vacation! I will try to catch up on my blogging tomorrow…in the mean time enjoy the slide show 🙂

Ice ice baby!!!
It’s supposed to ice tonight…here’s hoping for a late start/or no work tomorrow! Yeah right! I did get to wear my new puffy coat today 🙂
Just got back from the gym. I am doing so good, better than “I” thought I would do. Four nights last week, and this week I plan on going Monday-Wednesday because Thursday night we are flying out to AR to head to Branson. Yipppeeeee!!!!

Saturday run around
This morning Terence and I went to go help out with the FW stock show again. It was frrrrreeezzzing!!! We left early because none of us could feel our feet anymore, but I’m sure the buffalo was fine with his fur coat 😛
After we left the stock show we went to an outdoor store where our friends that own the buffalo told us they were having a big sale on their winter jackets. I don’t really have a heavy winter coat, I mean after all we do live in Texas! I found one at 50% off and it’s so warm. I just wish I would’ve had it earlier in the day. I wish Terence found himself a coat too…maybe he’ll find one in Branson next weekend…..

We then headed to Dallas so we could get a pan we have been looking at for awhile. We have an All-Clad cookware set, but wanted a non-stick skillet and it finally went on clearance. All the stores here in FW were sold out so we picked one up at the store in Dallas today. Yeah!

Also went to Sephora and got some Dior Show Iconic mascara that sister has been using and I haven’t been able to find because they are always sold out! They finally had some in stock and I got it! Another Yeah! As well as free samples…and the Estee Lauder eye serum was FREE at Dillard’s they were giving them away!!! Free is always good in my book!

Baby Jasmine
You may remember my friend Karen from some pictures I took this fall of her pregnant. Last night she had a beautiful baby girl named Jasmine and today I got to go see her. She is so pretty and has a ton of hair! I think we are going to have to find some bows to go in it!

Weekend update
Tomorrow I officially start NutriSystem. I finally got the big ole box of food in the mail today. It was HUGE! I am excited about it and although some of the food choices look sketchy I’ll just have to deal with it. Terence took me out to eat tonight for some mexican food as my “last meal” and then we went by the store and bought some fruit as snacks. I also saw Bride Wars today with two of my friends and it was such a cute movie. I hope they do a sequel.
Tomorrow I’ll be working at the Stock Show again with the buffalo and we are supposed to have all the school buses come tomorrow with kids…I’m sure it’s going to be a busy day! Well, I am off to go watch 24 with the hubby! Take care everyone 🙂
