• Wow! You guys have been so much help in the home buying process I can’t say enough! As first time home buyers we are really torn as to what to do. We looked at some more houses today and ultimately ended up back at the house shown below. We really REALLY love it and the agent is trying to work with us on the price…but if we can’t get it within our budget then we will just have to hold off a bit. That is fine with me as we can rent and continue to save until something we love in our price range comes up. I am just afraid of the interest rates going up soon! We are going to venture back out tomorrow and look at some more houses….see if anything turns up!
• Also-I know I talk about my long drive to work a lot! LOL! And yes-I did interview for another job in Dallas, but ultimately I think I want to wait because there are actually three locations closer to where we will be living and I think it will be a better place for me…in the mean time I continue to commute, but that’s okay because I just crank up the radio and listen to my morning shows and before you know it I am there!

Thank you so much everyone for all your advice and honesty about your situations…I know the world is so uncertain right now and it’s definitely hard to make life changing decisions. Part of me just wants to continue to rent because I know if anything does happen we will be safe, the other part wants to take that next step….we shall see….

Have any of you heard of the new show coming to CW called “The Vampire Diaries“? They are totally copying off of Twilight…but I still may watch it just to check it out and see how it is. I guess they saw a hit and now turned it into a TV show.

Also-Look who my BFF Sara ran into at Stoby’s in Conway the other day! Kris Allen (American Idol Winner)…she’s so silly! He took a picture with her preggers self and she said he was very sweet 🙂

It is HOT outside ya’ll! This morning I drove to work in a lightning blazed thunderstorm and I stayed in the grandma lane going 35 mph because I was scared. This afternoon I drove home in sunshine and 90 degree heat….what’s up with that??? I have some major road rage and most of the time it begins with “you idiot!!!” and then I have to calm myself and turn on some Sara McLaughlin “In the Arms of an Angel” you better believe I want to fly away from here! LOL! That song always relaxes me…..
Anyways-these are some dont’s while driving:

• Don’t pull yourself in front of an eighteen wheeler going 70+ miles per hour!
• Don’t be a stupid head and rear end the slow person in front of you! (the truck in front of me yesterday hit the car in front of them…stupid…I know)
• Don’t ride a motorcycle on the shoulder because you think you are so cool you don’t have to wait in traffic like everyone else!
• Don’t talk on your cell phone, put on your makeup, or shave your legs while driving…it can wait…trust me!
• Prepare-Don’t wait until the last second to try and make your exit…ain’t nobody gonna let you over!

Okay-I know I’ve done a lot of birthday posts this week. It’s mostly just for thank you shout outs because I feel so loved by all my precious friends. I don’t mean to brag or show off the presents, so I hope it doesn’t come across that way! I just get excited and like to share it with you all. I don’t know what Terence and I will do on Saturday ( my actual birthday by the way!) It’s sad because I am used to spending it with Bon Bon and for the past couple of years we haven’t been together on our birthday. 🙁

I hope it involves some kind of eating out (hint..hint….possibly Cheesecake Factory?) and there is something I’ve been wanting for a LOOOONG time, but I don’t mention it much. I’ve always wanted a Hobo International Lauren clutch. I’ve admired them for awhile and just can’t break down and buy myself one! These wallets are cute and the leather is so soft and smooth. There are also all these compartments for cards and things.
