Second thing for a new Mama is a good nursing bra. You are basically on breast arrest for the first six months and ease and comfort is key when looking for a nursing bra. Well, I’m 6 months into this new mom thing (again)…and it’s going pretty well! I mean she’s still alive and thriving and we seem to be getting a bit more sleep, so that’s a WIN in my book! Heidi sure does keep us on our toes and she’s growing like a weed. She really is the happiest and most smiley baby I’ve ever seen. We’ve been using this after bath time lately and the baby balm is super nourishing and hydrating with plant-derived ingredients to comfort even the most sensitive skin.
