I think I got food poisoning or something yesterday that jacked me up. UH. My Dad aka Poppy is here to help this week thank the Lord. I have the best guys in my life….thank you Ter-Bear, Daddy, and Connor boy for being so good to me!

Goings On & Friday Link Ups
I am SO glad it’s Friday and I have a 3 day weekend to spend with my boys! Yippeeeeeeee!!! We don’t really have any exciting plans, right now I just want to get rid of this head cold/sinus problem that’s been going on.
I am in love with Lolly Wolly Doodle on Facebook. They are the cutest shirts ever! Here is Connor in a Christmas shirt we got (I think it was around $10 bucks?) So cute!
My sweet sister sent me this love knot ring. She has one too and she said we can both wear them & think of each other 🙂 She also sent Connor a shirt and some “Pirate beads” Thank you Aunt Bonnie!
I’m also loving these ruffle sleeve tops from LuLuBug Boutique. It’s also another Facebook boutique. Such cute stuff for little girls and Moms too! 
One of my other favorite bloggers Kelly is having a “Show us your Life” cleaning tips! I cannot tell you enough how much I love Barkeepers Friend! It works amazing on your pots and pans, or any kind of metal or hard surface in the home. It’s very cheap, but works GREAT!

Every Woman Needs a Little Bling!
Today I wanted to share some of the lovely bling that the ladies and I have been wearing lately. It’s from Silpada jewelry. I had never heard of this jewelry line until my co-workers told me about it. One of the girls joined as a distributor and is now selling it. It’s great quality silver pieces that will last for years. Silpada also works great with other pieces of jewelry you own.

It’s Almost Fall & The Obligatory Back to School Pic
My little cheeser. Found this bright little chalkboard at HomeGoods for $9.99. They have a few different colors. Perfect for these types of posts. I can’t believe my baby is so big….really where does the time go? I just want to freeze this time. Connor is at such a fun age and is so talkative now. He loves school and all his friends.
We got him a Transformer yesterday, his first big-boy robot. He went nuts over it! Ha ha! Honestly all this boy stuff takes me awhile to get used to. Growing up with a twin sister all I know is girly girl stuff. I’m the bomb diggidy Barbie doll player….just sayin. I’m starting to love all thing that go vroom, crash, and boom!
He woke up at midnight last night crying because he couldn’t figure out how to turn the Transformer back into a car. Yeah…that was fun. It’s a little complicated for a 3-year-old. Actually I couldn’t even figure the darn thing out. Toys these days….geesh!
I could definitely tell it was back to school today. Traffic was much heavier than normal this morning. Thank you so much for all who have prayed about my job situation. I’m so thankful to work for such a great company and wonderful people. God has blessed me in that regard. I’m also thankful to get a couple more hours to spend with my booger each day & working fewer hours 🙂
I was also so excited to throw a baby shower for our good friends Sarah & Hyung on Saturday. They are expecting a baby girl named Ellie in October. Pictures to come soon on the baby shower. I’m also going to host a jewelry party and I’ll share some of the goodies and bling bling my co-workers and I have ordered this week too. It’s gorgeous stuff!
