90 Day Challenge

I’m about to start a 90 day challenge.  I have been looking for something to help boost my diet. Terence and I were just talking the other day about how we are feeling sluggish and wanted to start eating healthier again.  I hop on the wagon, but it’s so easy to hop right off again. 

Bloggers are great at keeping you accountable.  I know there is an amazing support system out there for people struggling with weight and body issues.  I’m not happy with the way I’ve been doing lately and lets just say I need a “boost” to get be started. 

I’ve signed up for a 90 day challenge with Creative Bioscience.  They’ve offered to sponsor a product for me to try for 90 days to get me started on my weight loss journey.  I’m going to be trying the African Mango 1200 product.  I’m hoping this will help me start on my journey to lose about 20-30 pounds so I can start feeling like my sassy old self! Everyone has to start somewhere right?

Shopping at Walgreens Anytime & Anywhere

I’m really busy.  I work full time and also do the best I can to manage our household.  Being a part of Walgreens Rewards program saves me time and I still get the things I want.  I rely on my phone for lots of things these days, now I can save time and money by shopping at Walgreens anytime and anywhere!
It was so easy. Let me show you how to do it:
 
 
I went to my phone App store and searched for “Walgreens”.
 
From there I found the Walgreens App and installed it on my phone:
Once installed I was able to browse through all the different categories on the Walgreens App. 
You can shop for anything you need, including photos, prescription refills, finding weekly deals.  You can also clip coupons or find the closest Walgreens to you!

Today I was searching for some fall nail polish colors. 
I went to the BEAUTY tab and from there I found nail polish.

And “Olia”!  I got a few fall nail colors I had been wanting in less than 10 minutes!
 
It was so easy shopping at Walgreens from my phone and I am looking forward to racking up all those Balance Rewards points too!

We are so blessed to have him 🙂
Today is the anniversary of Papa’s passing and his journey to Heaven.  We are so thankful to know where you are Papa.  That you are healed and whole and having the time of your life.  Until we see you again in Heaven….nothing can fill the void of your presence and heart here on Earth.  I cherish all the beloved memories.  Until we meet again and maybe (if you still have that comb in your front pocket) you’ll let me comb your hair 🙂
Whenever I smell Old Spice it reminds me of you.

Mid-Week Mind Dump

My ovaries are aching…I miss this.  I’m constantly contemplating a #2 but in my mind I know now is not the right time.  I love my sleep and the age Connor is now….but I am constantly wondering if I’ll look back one day and wonder if we should’ve given him a sibling?  Weird.  I think about random things constantly…which is why I worry…why my anxiety is so bad! Blah blah blah!!! LOL!

We are all just trying to do the best we can right?  I know I falter in a lot of way at being a wife and mother…but with God anything is possible!

My May Book + {LINK-UP}

I purchased a May Book a couple weeks ago and finally received it!  I don’t use my phone for scheduling and a calendar.  I am just not that kind of gal.  I love paper, sticky notes, and using pens.  I have been looking for a planner.  Last year I purchased an Erin Condren planner, it was bright, functional, adorable, and had lots of great features….but a bit bulky for my lifestyle.  It’s not something you can just throw in your purse.  My purse weighed 20 pounds when I tried to carry it around. 
Soooo….I got this cutie here and I love it!  It fits my style perfectly!
It has a nice thick laminated cover.
You can also personalize the print and monogram style.
