A Christmas banner is on my decorating to-do list too. I’ve found a couple I want to copy from Pinterest. I think I can print the letters out myself and then put them on scrapbook paper to make something like the second pic you have posted.

I have been wanting an advent calendar this year soooo bad for C for Christmas. Saw one today at Kohl’s that I almost got but it still was not “the one” 🙁 Think im going to have to check out etsy but a chocolate one sounds good too.
All of the holiday craftiness on Pinterest has really got me wanting to do some major crafting for the holiday season!! Those banners are adorable and an Advent calendar is a must for the holiday season!!!
