• My good friend Julie gave me this owl candle holder & you can burn oil on the top of it.  The whole house smelled so yummy last night! Loving all these fall scents out right now…..

•  Our neighbors are crazy and inflate their yard art every Sunday..ha..ha…

•  I’ve been decorating my desk at work with pictures of the ones I love 🙂  I am loving my new job by the way!  I’m just ten times more busy than I used to be!!!  Eeeeek!

• I also received another Klout perk from Moo.com.  These cute little business cards and they came in adorable packaging as well and they were FREE!

• Diet is still going well….lost 6 pounds so far.  The weight is definitely not coming off as fast this week 🙁
• I’m loving this cooler weather and looking forward to a fun filled weekend!

I’m so excited about an event coming up here in Fort Worth.  It’s called Christmas in Cowtown and it’s an event the Junior League puts on every year.  It’s a marketplace FULL of gifts for everyone on your Christmas list!  If you live in the DFW area you must go….even if you don’t live in Fort Worth it will be worth the drive.  You will find so many unique items you can’t find anywhere else.

Terence, Connor, and I are going to go next week and I promise to take lots of pictures of all the goodies we spot and share them with you all!

A couple weeks ago there was a deal on Plum District to get a super hero cape.  I ordered Connor one so we had some fun with it tonight!  His Daddy had one like it that his Mom made when he was little too!  It was SUPER cute 😉

Yesterday I had the honor of taking pictures of Miss Scarlett’s first birthday 🙂

The diet is going well.  I’m down 3 pounds so far this week.  AND….wait for it….it’s been a WEEK without Starbucks!!! Holla! 

I’m not gonna lie.  It hasn’t been easy watching my co-workers eat cake and candy all week right in front of me while I politely decline, but you have to start somewhere!

Now I’m gonna go spend my weekend with this crazy head who’s locked himself in closets twice already.  I try to explain if you shut the door on yourself YOU CAN’T GET OUT!!!!  Then I’ll hear screaming in the background and can’t find him….he’s in the closet….ugh!
