We went back to the house today to pick out carpet for the bedrooms. We also went to a few baby stores and a lighting store. Here is what we have picked out so far….

We bought this end table today because we needed a

small table for the living room (Pottery Barn)

We also bought this light fixture for the entry way foyer of the house.

It goes indoors, we both really like the rustic look and the rubbed bronze finishes.

Granite was installed today-here is the sink!

At the baby store there was a lot of cute stuff, but I saw this bedding for baby Jarrett! Bonnie is doing her nursery in monkeys and I thought this was too cute!

Is it too early to start taking bump pictures? I’m going on 18 weeks and right now I just think I look fat rather than pregnant so that is why I am reluctant to post anything! LOL! It just makes me want to buy one of these….

Well, we got the house! Woohoo! I’m so excited because for the past 8 years of our marriage we’ve only lived in base housing, 1 bdrm apts, or in-laws houses!

So it’s so nice to finally have a place to call HOME. We met the builder today and picked out tile, flooring, and granite. We should have a move in date of the beginning of November…just in time for Christmas to put up a tree 🙂
