PS – Protein pudding is sugar-free (chocolate fudge in my house) pudding made with skim milk and a scoop of chocolate protein added to it. It makes a great snack and chocolate fix for those who need one!! I top mine with a dollop of Cool Whip for a total of about 165 calories (I make 3 servings with one small box of pudding).
