Spring Photo Session Recaps + Finding my Flow

I know I’ve been slacking a bit on the blog front.  If you want to catch up with the daily you can always follow me on Instagram!  I’ve been incredibly busy with photo shoots (it’s senior and wedding season didn’t ya know?)  Ha ha!

So my weekends have been filled with photo shoots and a ton of editing.  People don’t realize that just because you have an hour shoot that’s not where the session ends.  I then go home and edit for another couple of hours.  I’m trying to find a good flow and not over do it or over commit, but yes ma’am I’ve always had a problem with the word no and not being able to help someone.  (Someone call Meghan Trainor quick…I here she is good at saying “NO”)

That’s just my heart, and I love photography and the creative outlet it gives me.  Not to mention all the wonderful people I get to meet 🙂

I have been working more in Lightroom just because it helps me edit quicker, but I’m a stickler for the control & extra goodies Photoshop gives me.  I’ve had the best season and I wanted to share some of my favorites…hope you enjoy!

Also, speaking of sitting for hours editing photos I wanted to share something that has helped me a lot lately.  It’s called a Cush Comfort chair cushion.  I am a huge sloucher and my neck, shoulders, and back always bother me.  This helps me to sit more upright and not get so hunched over while sitting at the computer.

You can get 10% Off Cush Cushion with this promo code & it has a 100% lifetime guarantee: clubcush

I got mine from HERE

Non-slip bottom.  I’ve really liked it so far and it seems to be helping my neck and shoulders 🙂DSC_1070

I know a ton of people who spend hours a day in a desk chair, I would highly recommend this if you have any kind of back pains or aches.
