Biggest Loser: Week 7

Here we are on week 7 and this face pretty much sums it up.

You’re kidding?

 

I’m not where I want to be.  There have been lots of changes in my world since the beginning of the year.  Stress.  My anxiety levels have been high and it’s been hard for me to focus.  I am not as enthused as I was in January.  I have fizzled out.  Ugh.  Typical. 

 

I’m so proud of you that are still going strong.  I’m still consciences of the things I’m putting in my mouth.  Of course the 50 lbs of Godiva truffles that Ter-Bear got me for Valentines day didn’t help!  But…..I didn’t gain any weight when I hopped on the scale this morning???
 
Weird.
 
I didn’t lose any either, but considering.
 
I have the day off of work but I’m still going in for a few hours to finish some things before we get super busy again.  I’m so proud of all of you!
 
If you have any healthy recipes for quick dinners can you link those up????  I’d love suggestions.

  1. Stay with it! For a few weeks there, I was losing the same 2 pounds over and over again, but it seems like I finally made it over that hurdle.

    You can do it too. Just keep swimming (to quote one of my boys’ favorite movies). Quick, name that movie!! LOL!

  2. My favorite quick dinner lately is flash fried (with just a smidge of olive or coconut oil) cube steak. I’ve sliced it up and put it in a soft taco with salsa and avocado. I’ve sliced it thin and topped a salad with it, and I’ve just served it plain with some roasted cauliflower.

    My kids LOVE it!
