Our Weekend

We had a busy fun and busy weekend!
Terence and I got to attend a western fashion show and benefit called Branded.  His Aunt Beverly & Aunt Lyn both help put on this show every year in part with their Careity Foundation.  It was really nice!  The dinner was catered by Reata and was delish!  They did a great job!  It was fun to have a night out and see the cousins and have some fun 🙂
Thank you Aunt Loyce & Uncle Garry for watching our munchkin!

Including some shirtless cowboys! Oh my!

 In other weekend news:

I love some peanut butter pie.  It’s one of my favorite desserts because it is SO easy to make and tastes SO good!

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter, plus 2 tablespoons, divided

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

1 (12 oz.) container (4 1/2 cups) frozen whipped topping
1 prepared chocolate pie crust
DIRECTIONS:
1.BEAT together 1 cup peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with an electric mixer on medium, until well combined. Gently mix in 2 cups whipped topping until thoroughly combined. Spoon mixture into pie shell. Using a spatula, smooth mixture to edges of pie.

2.  Spread whipped cream topping over pie. Refrigerate until set. (I mixed the dark chocolate peanut butter with my whipped cream for a chocolate topping)

I also had a little helper in the kitchen….
Dude decided to draw with Crayons all over my kitchen tile!  Good thing it was easy to get off : /
Hope ya’ll had a great weekend!
