  1. They have special cradle cap wash that you can buy in the store. My nephew had it pretty bad but after using the store-bought stuff for a little while it went away and didn’t come back. I’m not sure of the brand my SIL used.

LOVE the ‘do. Jacob sported a faux-hawk for a while, too. I LOVED it!! heheh 🙂

  2. I have actually always found that rubbing plain old baby oil softly into their scalp and then combing the area with a fine-toothed comb works great!

  3. My son was born with a natural faux-hawk and I loved it. Now his hair has changed and it doesn’t do that anymore. I think I am going to have to get some gel, because I miss that style

  4. Apricot oil works really well (Burt’s Bees makes it, among others). Work it into the scalp gently, and leave it for a few minutes and then wash. Also, the Gentle Naturals cradle cap care. They sell it at Target in the baby section and it has Pooh on the front.

  5. if you want to get rid of it fast..when i used to work at a daycare i would put baby oil on the scalp and then go through it with a soft comb..got it all out!

then I would slather lostion on the little boogers and be done with it…but the parents never treated it properly and it was back 🙁

  6. You took the word right out of my mouth “scorcher” is the word I was looking for the day we went up on Smith Creek area. But it sure didn’t get up to a 100 degrees.
I didn’t grow any pumpkins in the garden. So I’ll have to buy one to crave for halloween. Work takes up to much of my time.
    Coffee is on.
