Toesies

I’ve been wanting to get a french manicure on my toes-like a french pedicure I guess? Have any of you done this? Sometimes I think it turns out funny looking, other times I love the look. Is it for toes too or just for fingers?

ETSY Watermelon toenails
If that doesn’t work out I could always order some of these funky toenails 😛
FESTIVE!

  1. Oh the french pedi is my FAVORITE!! I just love it! I used to get it all the time, but then I dropped something on my toe (I am clumsy) and had a bruised toenail for like 6 months (seriously gross), and so I had to paint them full color. I tried to do a french pedi on myself, and it was a disaster! But when a professional does it for me, I just love it!

  2. French pedicures are great because I think they last longer than most pedicures, and you dont have to worry about your toes not matching your outfit (is that weird that I think about that haha)?

  3. I did the French Pedi for my sister’s wedding. It looked really good. Yes I know I am crazy that manicures drive me crazy! Something about that feeling when they file your nails down. I cannot file my own nails! The watermelon ones are too cute!!

  4. Those are really really cute. I’ve never had anything but french tip mani and pedi. I like those looks! Thanks for the link!

  5. I get french pedis all the time! I do not have acrylics put on though (makes my nails too thin). They actually paint the white tips on. I love the look but I will admit they don’t last as long as solid color. You have to be careful what shoes you wear. I wore a pair of black leather clogs one time and they left black marks on the white part. YUCK! Obviously though with the black pinky toe then no pinky toe nail issue that has been going on…its been solid color for me for a few months! Good luck!

  6. I have never had a french pedi…. I have always just gone for color instead. I have been thinking I want to try one soon, but I always go back to the pink (or red!)

  7. Never had a pedicure! There, I said it! LOL Hate anyone touching my feet but the french pedi looks so cute (and those watermelon nails too) I may just have to do it! 😀

  8. Apparently I’m the only one who hates them?? To me it should be for fingers only. I think french pedicures make your nails look like you don’t cut them, because of the white strip, but obviously I’m in the minority 🙂

  9. I love pedicures and those are so cute..although i don’t think i could pull it off! Thanks for you comment on my blog…i would so love to be in Texas right now! My hubs wants to eventually settle there after the military but i am torn between texas and cali (but i would take either)! have a great day!

  10. French is great, i get them a lot and really like them!! But they are hard to repair yourself when they chip!

THose cute toe nails are funny!

  11. I’ve never done the french but I did just get the “glitter” toes done. A neighbors cousins did them (for $15!!!) and they last for up to 2-3 months. No lie. They still look as great as the day I got them, which is great for summer since we are outside and at the pool so much! It took a day or two to get used to the bling on my feet but I would do them again in a second.

  12. i got a real watermelon pedicure a couple of weeks ago. I loved it..I posted pics on my blog. She painted my toes a pinky red, green tips and black dots for the seeds. I have gotten lots of comments from strangers in the checkout line…:)
