Five more days until Vegas! I so need this vacation to just get away and be with Sara and Bonnie! It has been so crazy here. Hopefully this week flies by! Terence and I did the Race for the Cure Saturday and it was packed! I’ve never seen so much pink in my LIFE! It was awesome to see so many supporters out there though.

I seriously need to invest in a smaller camera, our small one has decided to be possessed right now and shut on and off whenever it feels like it! I can’t just haul the Nikon out anywhere with me. I guess I’ll borrow Terence’s dad’s camera for Vegas. Well, pretty boring weekend besides the race! Hope everyone is well 🙂

Here is our tax return….uh I mean new laptop….

We had family dinner last night and we got to see our new nephew again! He is so sweet 🙂

My doctor put me on metformin…man my stomach is sooo upset!

Today was a CRAZY day! I woke up extra early this morning to go have some more lab work done before work because I had to fast last night then go have the tests done. When I got to the lab they said the glucose test was going to take two hours! I didn’t know it was going to take that long so they did a few tests, I drank the nasty sugar drink, then went to work. Two hours later I returned to the lab to finish up. At this point I was starving so I decided to go get some food. I got a sandwich and some pasta salad…I was eating and driving back to work when I looked down and there was a COCKROACH in my pasta salad! GROSS! I already took a few bites and I was just about to scream! I got back to work and several co-workers confirmed that yes, it was indeed a cockroach. I called the manager of the restaurant and he’s going to send me a giftcard because he can’t return my money…yeah, that is exactly what I want to do….go BACK there!
Also, as I was driving back to work my beaded necklace busted open in the car and beads went everywhere! So while I was standing in the line at the post office every step I took beads trickled out of my shirt.
I got home starving and tired of running around all day! Man am I glad tomorrow is FRIDAY!
